我们收集什么

为了管理课程预约，我们收集并保存：您的姓名、手机号码，以及您的购课与预约记录（课程额度、预约、签到、取消）。手机号码是您账户的唯一识别方式。若您为朋友预约，我们也会保存出席者的姓名与手机号码，仅用于到场核对身份。

我们如何使用

• 确认您的购课付款并发放课程额度（付款由 Orderla 平台处理，我们不接触您的银行卡资料）。
• 管理您的预约、签到与取消记录。
• 在工作室内部的通知中提醒员工课程安排（通知中您的手机号码只显示最后 4 位）。

我们不会做的事

• 不会出售、出租或与无关第三方分享您的个人资料。
• 不会用您的资料发送与课程无关的营销信息。

资料的保存与您的权利

资料保存在我们受访问控制保护的预约系统中，仅限授权员工查看。如需查询、更正或删除您的个人资料，请直接联系工作室，我们会尽快处理。

What we collect

To manage class bookings we collect and store your name, phone number, and your purchase and booking history (class credits, bookings, check-ins, cancellations). Your phone number is the sole identifier of your account. If you book for a friend, we also store the attendee's name and phone number, used only to verify identity at the studio.

How we use it

• To confirm your class purchase and issue class credits (payment is processed by Orderla; we never see your card details).
• To manage your bookings, check-ins and cancellations.
• In internal staff notifications about class schedules (your phone number is masked to its last 4 digits).

What we never do

• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unrelated third parties.
• We do not use your data for marketing unrelated to your classes.

Storage and your rights

Data is kept in our access-controlled booking system and visible only to authorised staff. To view, correct or delete your personal data, contact the studio directly and we will act promptly.
