预约与取消条款

课程额度

• 课程额度在您通过 Orderla 完成购买后自动加入您的账户（以购买时填写的手机号码为准）。
• 额度只在您到场签到时才会扣除——预约本身不扣额度。

预约

• 使用购课时的手机号码即可在本网站查询额度并预约课程。
• 您可以为朋友预约：请提供出席者的全名与手机号码，到场时我们会核对身份。该次课程的额度由预约者的账户扣除。
• 每位出席者同一场次只能预约一个位置。

取消

• 开课前 72 小时以上取消：免费，不扣额度。
• 开课前 72 小时以内取消：记录为迟取消。迟取消累计达 3 次后，之后的每次迟取消将扣除 1 堂课程额度。

退款

课程配套的退款事宜请直接与工作室联系，我们会按个案处理。

Class credits

• Credits are added to your account automatically after purchase via Orderla (linked to the phone number used at checkout).
• A credit is only deducted when you check in at the studio — booking itself costs nothing.

Booking

• Use the phone number from your purchase to view credits and book on this site.
• You may book for a friend: provide the attendee's full name and phone number; we verify identity at the studio. The credit comes from the booker's account.
• Each attendee may hold one seat per session.

Cancellation

• More than 72 hours before class: free, no credit deducted.
• Within 72 hours of class: recorded as a late cancellation. After 3 late cancellations, each further late cancellation deducts 1 class credit.

For refunds of class packages, please contact the studio directly — handled case by case.
